Is there a deposit?

A non-refundable reservation/admin fee in the amount of $150.00 is required to secure your booking and is due to hold your event date. You can make this payment automatically through our online booking system. The remaining amount is due at the time of setup.

If you would like the option to setup a payment plan before your due date please contact us directly.

What areas do you service in Florida?

  • West Pal Beach County

  • Broward County

  • Miami Dade County

  • Doral 

  • Homestead 

  • Anything outside of theses counties has a travel fee of 0.60 cent per miles.

Is there an extra charge for large crowds over 175 guest?

Yes, for every 100 people there is a $125 charge.

Do I receive all my files?

Yes you would receive all your videos via email link to the video gallery. In the gallery you have the option to download the entire  video gallery to your computer.

Videos can also be added to a USB flash drive for a 15 dollars fee. USB available upon request.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes, but our ability to make fully customized props may not be available.  A $25 fee applies for rush/last minute bookings ( less than 48 hours)

How long do you need for setup?

We usually need 1 -2 hours to setup  prior to your start time.  Setup time is based on package purchased

Are props included? If so, what types?

Yes, all our packages include all sorts of amazing props: crowns, signs, tiaras, sunglasses, and more! 

(Basic Packages has less props available)

Do you accept credit cards? 

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards with a major credit card logo.
